Mit der Akquisition erweitert der Spezialist f\u00fcr E-Mail-Security sein Angebot erstmals \u00fcber die technische Absicherung hinaus und adressiert das Thema Human Risk. CyberPilot bietet Security-Awareness-Training und Phishing-Simulation, besch\u00e4ftigt rund 50 Mitarbeitende und arbeitet f\u00fcr \u00fcber 1.000 Organisationen in Europa. Signing und Closing sind abgeschlossen, \u00fcber den Kaufpreis wurde Stillschweigen vereinbart.<\/p><p>Die \u00dcbernahme ist ein weiterer Baustein einer Plattformstrategie: SEPPmail f\u00fchrt das bestehende Portfolio zu einer durchg\u00e4ngig europ\u00e4ischen Plattform f\u00fcr E-Mail-Security zusammen und erg\u00e4nzt es Schritt f\u00fcr Schritt um weitere Disziplinen. Genau hier setzt Human Risk Management an: Awareness-Training vermittelt, wie Angriffe ablaufen und welche Fehler typisch sind. Das wird im deutschsprachigen Raum auch f\u00fcr die L\u00f6sungen von CyberPilot gelten. Vor dem Rollout passen beide Unternehmen gemeinsam Lokalisierung, Packaging und Funktionsumfang auf den DACH-Markt an und etablieren die notwendige Vertriebs- und Support-Kompetenz, um Partner bestm\u00f6glich unterst\u00fctzen zu k\u00f6nnen.
