Die Cyber-Security-Fachmesse \u201eIT-SA\u201c ging letztes Wochenende \u00fcber die B\u00fchne und war brach alle Rekorde. Nach einem schwachen letzten Corona-Jahr mit 5184 kamen vom 24. bis 27. Oktober 2022 sage und schreibe 15\u2019229 Besucher:innen pers\u00f6nlich nach N\u00fcrnberg -1848 weitere nutzen die Onlineplattform IT-SA 365.<\/p>

693 Aussteller aus 29 L\u00e4ndern thematisierten, wohin sich die Branche derzeit bewegt. Die internationale Beteiligung war noch nie so hoch: \u201eUnsere vergr\u00f6sserte Ausstellungsfl\u00e4che wurde war bereits im September vergeben\u201c, freut sich Veranstaltungsleiter Frank Venjakob.<\/p>

Philipp Bachmann, COO und Sales Manager von SEPPmail AG, begr\u00fcsste diesen Rekordzuwachs mit vielen interessierten Besucher:innen.<\/p>

\u201eF\u00fcr uns ist Deutschland und \u00d6sterreich ein sehr wichtiger Markt. SEPPmail Deutschland GmbH ist unser Ableger in M\u00fcnchen, mit Aussenstellen nahe K\u00f6ln, Aschaffenburg, Leipzig und Wien. Unsere Strategie ist klar auf den DACH-Raum ausgelegt – deshalb ist diese Messe f\u00fcr uns sehr wichtig.\u201c<\/p>

Die Messe ist, verglichen mit Schweizer Veranstaltungen, eine andere Dimension und einen Tick internationaler. Eine gr\u00f6ssere Auswahl an Herstellern, mit der Konsequenz, dass viel mehr L\u00f6sungen angeboten werden – f\u00fcr die verschiedensten Problemstellungen.<\/p>

Philipp Bachmann dazu: \u201eWir haben unsere seit Februar 2022 neu entwickelte SEPPmail-Cloud inkl. den neuen Filterl\u00f6sungen als Hauptaufh\u00e4nger genutzt. Nat\u00fcrlich waren die SEPPmail L\u00f6sungen ganz allgemein das Thema. Da sich die Funktionalit\u00e4ten weder als HW, VM, MSP noch als Cloud-Service stark unterscheiden. Einen neue sehr starke preisgekr\u00f6nte Anti-Spam und Anti-Virus Filter gibt es in dieser Auspr\u00e4gung jedoch ausschliesslich in der Cloud.\u201c<\/p>

Und weiter sei es schwierig, nur mit GiveAways und StandDesign zu Punkten.<\/p>

Bachmann meint: \u201eAn der diesj\u00e4hrigen IT-SA hat das Stand-Design von gewissen Herstellern Dimensionen angenommen, die den Rahmen wohl etwas \u00fcberziehen. Wir versuchten, mit klaren Botschaften auf den R\u00fcckw\u00e4nden und den drei Demo-Maschinen die Menschen an unseren Stand zu locken. Was uns sehr gut gelungen ist. Es ist, wie unsere Philosophie, auch im Betrieb der SEPPmail: Wir sind da, der Nutzer soll uns aber nicht oder nur sehr beil\u00e4ufig wahrnehmen. So wird SEPPmail im t\u00e4glichen Gebrauch zu einem Hilfreichen Tool – und nicht zur B\u00fcrde.\u201c

<\/p>

Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel, kritische Infrastrukturen und technische L\u00f6sungen<\/b><\/p>

Insgesamt wurden die Besucher:innen ihren Messerundgang mit einem Angebot von 350 Forenvortr\u00e4gen erwartet.<\/p>

Diese deckten diverse Themen wie etwa den Fachkr\u00e4ftemangel in der Branche, den Schutz kritischer Infrastrukturen und zusammenh\u00e4ngende technische L\u00f6sungen ab.<\/p>

Der Schweizer Verein “Women in Cyber” organisierte Mitte Oktober ebenfalls eine Veranstaltung, um mehr Frauen f\u00fcr die Cybersecurity-Branche zu gewinnen – und Vorurteile gegen\u00fcber der Branche abzubauen.<\/p>

Man darf gespannt sein, wie sich die IT-SA vor dem Hintergrund, der stark wachsenden und immer wichtiger werdenden Cyber Security Branche weiterentwickelt. Stand jetzt gehen wir davon aus, dass die Kurve auch n\u00e4chstes Jahr steil nach oben gehen wird.<\/p>
