Worauf seid ihr besonders stolz?<\/strong><\/p><p>Auf unsere Genauigkeit, weil darum geht\u2019s. Eigentlich simpel. Uns gelingt das gut \u2013 und vielleicht ist das unser Erfolgsgeheimnis. Denn es zeigt, dass wir in jedem Moment bei der Sache sind. F\u00fcr uns \u2013 und unsere Kunden.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>In der Medienmitteilung hast du geschrieben, dass es \u00abRoom for Improvement\u00bb gibt. Wo genau siehst du diesen?<\/strong><\/p><p>Der Graubereich des kommerziellen Newsletters.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>Wie meinst du das?<\/strong><\/p><p>Da, wo es selbst f\u00fcr den fokussierten Menschen schwierig wird, zu unterscheiden, welche Mail ein Spam ist und welche nicht.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>Was tut ihr dagegen?<\/strong><\/p><p>Wir implementieren seit eh und je Datens\u00e4tze von User Feedbacks. Die analysieren wir \u00e4usserst genau. Denn mehr als Automatismen k\u00f6nnen reelle Feedbacks unsere Prozesse verbessern.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>Was sind die technischen H\u00fcrden um diese Ziele zu erreichen?<\/strong><\/p><p>Es sind eher inhaltliche als technische. Die H\u00fcrden sind, Daten besser und gezielter zu sammeln und ordnen. Zu schauen, wie sich die Benutzer verhalten. Und daraus die Schl\u00fcsse ziehen.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>Wie schnell m\u00fcsst ihr die Filter weiterentwickeln, damit sie \u00abstate-of-the-art\u00bb bleiben? Man h\u00f6rt ja immer wieder, dass die Kriminellen sehr schnelle Entwicklungszyklen haben.<\/strong><\/p><p>Zwei Aspekte, die wir dringend verbessern m\u00fcssen. Die manuelle, wichtige Arbeit, der wir nicht mehr nachkommen, denn die Infos \u00e4ndern sich im Sekundentakt. Und die Gewichtung der Automatismen. Gerade bei einem l\u00e4ngeren Zeitabschnitt, k\u00f6nnen die Erkenntnisse einer Spamwelle \u00fcber einen l\u00e4ngeren Zeitabschnitt mehr zerst\u00f6ren als retten.<\/p><p><strong><br \/>Was r\u00e4tst du Unternehmen, die heute bereits einen anderen Filter im Einsatz haben. Worauf sollten sie besonders achten?<\/strong><\/p><p>Sie sollen ein Augenmerk darauflegen, wieviel Malware und Spam reinkommt. Und dann analysieren, was in den Daten drinsteckt. Unsere Filter sind zielgenauer, vor allem ausgerichtet auf KMUs mit wesentlich genaueren Details in der Spam Historie.
